Shipping Policy

At Silk and Sin, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly and discreetly as possible.

Order processing Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times For deliveries within Australia, standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow your parcel.

Packaging All orders are sent in secure and discreet packaging for your privacy.

Delivery delays While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather events, peak periods, or remote delivery locations.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional re-shipping fees may apply.

Damaged parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@silkandsin.com.au so we can investigate and assist.
